		<description>I hope you are correct. People growing more of there own food is a step in the right direction.  The rewards are so plentiful, exercise, fresh vegetables, healthy and if you are correct a maybe a new generation of children that will have awareness of gardening and the benefits.</description>

We're privileged to be able to buy it if something goes wrong in our plots, so there's nothing to lose and high adventure ahead! I hadn't heard about The 100-Mile Diet and will have to check it out; loved Animal, Vegetable, Miracle.</description>
